3.3. If the User does not accept the conditions, they are not authorized to view the content of the website.
3.4. By registering, the User confirms that they are aware of the conditions of use and accept them on this website.
3.5. During registration, the User is obliged to provide their contact information. If false or other person's data is provided during registration or use, the resulting electronic registration will be void and the provider will have the full right to delete the registered data as well as to bring the attempted identity theft to the attention of the relevant authorities. The Provider excludes any liability if the User uses its services on behalf of another person or using another person's data.

3.8. Only persons of legal age (according to their country of nationality 18 years or older) may use the advertising services offered by this website.
3.9. Advertiser profiles that violate the integrity of any person, that describe or show content of explicit sex, abuse against women, abuse or mistreatment against children, show drugs or alcohol will be immediately deleted and the content as well as the data of the registered User will be handed over to the relevant authorities.
3.10. Only private or professional advertisers may publish their profiles on our website. Any profile that this provider detects as illegal links to other portals unrelated to the content of this website will be deleted.
3.11. The registration of The advertiser's presence on the site is free of charge. Other products involve payment associated with the cost of using and promoting the associated profile.
3.12. To register, an email address and password are required. Confirmation of the email address is required to use the system.
3.13. Advertisers may request the purchase of services that allow them to promote their professional or personal profiles by standing out on our website.
3.14. Services that allow them to promote advertisements by standing out from the rest of the free advertisements can be obtained by redeeming credits. Credits can be acquired by making the relevant request through the private registered user panel.
3.15. The prices of the different premium services may vary depending on the type of service or section. Likewise, prices may be subject to adjustments and revisions that the provider deems appropriate.
3.15.2. Premium services may include links to advertisers' websites. The Provider disclaims any liability for the type of content that the Advertiser posts on his/her personal or professional website
3.15.3. Advertisers may have multiple featured ads with premium services and Banners at the same time provided they pay the associated price for each of the featured ads and banners
Unregistered User or Visitor
3.16. Adult natural persons may view the Website's ads and other content without registering.
IV. USER CONTENT AND WAIVER
4.1. The rules regarding user content apply to all content uploaded by registered users, including text, images, videos and any other type of content.
4.2. As provided in this Agreement, Users are responsible for the information they post. The posting of false or infringing data will result in immediate termination of the Agreement and exclusion of the registered User as well as reporting to the relevant authorities if the information so requires.
4.2.2. We monitor uploaded content on an ongoing basis and remove any content that is illegal, offensive, or contrary to our community standards:
Hate speech: any content that attacks a person or group on the basis of religion, race, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or illness.
Violent content: images or videos that depict or incite violence.
Harassment and threats: messages or comments that intimidate, bully, or pressure others.
Pornography, child pornography, and explicit content: any image or video that depicts a sexual act or is excessively sexual in nature.
Child abuse
Human trafficking: which covers the illegal trade of individuals for commercial exploitation or gain.
Sex trafficking: a serious form of human trafficking that involves the coercion, kidnapping, or deception of individuals for sexual exploitation.
Accounts displaying this type of content may be suspended and both the content itself and the data of the registered user who owns said content may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4.3. We are not responsible for any differences between the image displayed on the site and the advertiser's actual appearance. This website checks and removes fake content but does not verify the difference of the multimedia content with the physical reality of the advertisements.
4.4. By providing their contact details, the User consents to their handling, including the sharing of unique or special data at their own discretion. We do not conduct profiling on the site, data is not used for purposes outside the Privacy Policy, but since the site is public, we particularly warn advertisers about the possibility of misuse of their data, therefore, they must be careful about what information and data they share about themselves.
4.5. The photographs on the website are uploaded by the Registered Advertiser, therefore, the Advertiser is solely responsible for the photos posted, their authenticity, rights and for the content of the accompanying text. The Provider will review and filter out all inappropriate, fake and offensive photos using its photo verification system.
4.5.1. Photos may not be uploaded to the website that contain visible text, logos, phone numbers or email addresses or other types of watermarks.
4.5.2. It is also prohibited to upload photos that do not represent the advertiser. These photos will be removed without notice.
4.5.3. It is strictly prohibited to upload photos or videos of genital organs, sexual acts, materials that show them and any other type of act that violates the community of this website, as described in previous points. This type of content will be removed and the associated profile may be deleted.
4.5.4 The Provider provides a photo verification service and reserves the right to indicate on verified photos whether they represent the Advertiser as he or she appeared at the time of verification or differently.
4.5.5 The Provider may request renewal of photo verification at certain intervals to update the Advertisements.
4.6. Each User, under his or her own responsibility and decision, without the knowledge, consent, direction or participation of the Provider, may establish personal contact with advertisers, however, the Provider, in order to strengthen security, attempts to exclude fake profiles from the system, involving Users in the process.
4.6.1. Visitors have the opportunity to report, using a form on the site, fake photos or fraudulent advertisers.
4.6.2. The Provider investigates each report and, if necessary, requests the advertiser to verify the authenticity of the advertisement or, after multiple complaints, the advertisement may be removed without notice.
4.7. Repeated posting of advertisements by the same person, providing false data or using other people's photos or data constitute a serious breach of the contract. Such profiles will be deleted immediately, the advertiser will be denied the right to future posting, and the money paid for the posting period will not be refunded.
4.9. The User guarantees that the content complies with these terms.
4.10. The content may not be illegal or unlawful, may not infringe the legitimate rights of third parties, or give rise to legal action against the website or the user who uploaded the content, as a third party or against the community described above on this website.
4.11. We reserve the right to modify, edit or delete content uploaded by users at any time if it is offensive to others, if its quality, content, style does not fit the spirit or level of the website, or if the user uploading the content has violated the provisions of the document.

You must not upload to the Service any materials that contain viruses or are subject to copyright.
You must not attempt to intercept other Members' emails.
You may not use devices, software or programs that attempt to interfere with the proper use of the Website.

As a User, you may not create multiple registrations to avoid misleading other users.
